How to Prepare to start your Mavim Partner Onboarding

What You Need to Prepare (Partner Responsibilities)

People & Roles

- Appoint your Technical Contact who will manage access, SSO, and the Mavim Connect Center.
- Identify your Solution Developers who will build your solution and complete Mavim Academy training.
- Assign a Center of Excellence lead — responsible for governance, structure, and internal adoption.
- Identify your Sales Lead for go‑to‑market alignment.

Technology & Access

- Provide your Microsoft Azure Tenant ID (Entra ID).
- Decide the preferred Portal URL (e.g., yourname.mavimcloud.com).
- Confirm that your organization allows identity federation and SSO setup.
- Ensure your team can install and use the Microsoft Authenticator app.

Internal Readiness

- Allocate time for your Solution Developers to complete the mandatory Academy curriculum (approx. 24.5 hours).
- Prepare any existing IP, frameworks, or process models you want to incorporate.
- Define your initial solution concept or use cases you plan to build on Mavim.
- Align internal teams on resource capacity for the first 4–6 onboarding weeks.

 

What You Can Expect From Mavim (Our Responsibilities)

Kickoff & Guidance

- A dedicated Mavim Value Engineer (VE) to guide you through onboarding.
- A structured onboarding walkthrough with clear steps and expectations.
- An Alliances Manager to support commercial alignment and sales collaboration.

Technical Setup

- Delivery of your Mavim Development License.
- Access to the Mavim Connect Center (MCC) for managing users, databases, and environment settings.
- Setup instructions for federation, SSO, and initial configuration.
- Guidance on user provisioning, including Manager and iMprove roles.

Training & Enablement

- Access to the full Mavim Academy curriculum for your developers and consultants.
- Best‑practice guidance for building your first solution using the Solution Development Kit (SDK).
- Access to content packages (e.g., Microsoft BPC, APQC) to accelerate solution development.

Solution & Go‑to‑Market Support

- Review support when you're ready to submit your solution for Mavim Certification.
- Templates for pricing, packaging, and go‑to‑market planning.
- Optional joint marketing, demo environments, and opportunity registration support.
