What a successful Knowledge Byte session we've had! On April 17, 2025, we explored the new Mavim functionality iMprove with around 60 enthusiastic participants. As Customer Success Manager at Mavim, it was a truly rewarding session for me, Job Baas, to lead. The enthusiasm of the participants was very encouraging, and I also learned from the questions asked in the chat.
During the session, we discussed the challenges that many of our customers face: lack of ownership, no strong process mindset, and the heavy workload of the Mavim Manager user. iMprove was developed as an answer to these challenges. It's an extension of the Mavim Manager that makes it possible to easily and quickly adjust information, create more ownership, and simplify the management of the platform.
During the session, we demonstrated three concrete scenarios to showcase the power of iMprove:
There was a lot of interaction and great enthusiasm from the participants during the session. Many relevant questions were asked about licenses, authorization, functionalities, and the iMprove roadmap. We will compile and answer all the questions asked during and after the session in a clear document that we will share with the attendees.
